Taupo Golf Club

Unique in New Zealand with TWO 18 hole courses Combined with free-draining soils, having 2 full courses makes for more tee-time availability and you get to play the course that suits your level of golf.

The central location combined with Taupo's attraction as a tourist destination and the surrounding amenities also makes it an attractive place for Corporate and Group and Family golf-based get-togethers.

Course Features

Centennial course is the Championship course and is often used for National events.
Tauhara is shorter with wider fairways and less bunkers.

All fairways are irrigated and the greens are highly regarded by our members and many visitors, local and international.

Club Features

Together with 2 putting greens, a chipping green and a practice bunker, there is an outside Driving Range and also an additional practice range for members.
Hamish Robertson is our fully qualified NZPGA Professional. We have a well-stocked ProShop and provide a range of coaching options for all playing levels and a full Club fitting and maintenance service.

Our large Clubrooms contain all the usual facilities downstairs and upstairs we have a spacious Cafe and Bar, run by Two Tees team who is well-renowned for her catering expertise, usually 7 days a week. The large dining-bar area can also be booked for Weddings, Corporate events and other celebrations, fitting in with golf activities.
